Titan tie West Harrison

The Titans opened the 2011 Brooke Welch Tournament with a 2-2 draw against West Harrison. Sophomore forward Cristian Gonzalez opened the scoring in the 2nd minute. Senior fullback Matthew Horton stole a pass and sent a perfect pass through the Hurricane midfield to a cutting Gonzalez.

The Hurricanes would score goals in the 13th and 42nd minutes to take a 2-1 lead.

Gonzalez would tie the game in the 49th minute off a pass from senior Martin Cobb.
