Ask the Coach?

Question:  What causes Itchiness after I swim?

Answer: It's called "Winter Itch" It's caused when chlorine seeps into your skin cells and sucks the liquid out of them.  This results in dry and cracked skin.  That's why smart swimmers moisturize their skin thoroughly after each pool session.
