Team Philosophy: The philosophy of the Farmington baseball program is to develop skills, respect, fair play, sportsmanship, and perseverance. It is our goal that each athlete exits the program with a positive experience, as well as the tools to become successful in any facet of life. Throughout this season, Farmington baseball coaches will stress the importance of hard work, fundamentals, and most of all, the importance of team effort. Each player is expected to work to the best of their ability, which is crucial to the team's success.
