Whitko Runs In To Buzz Saw

The Whitko basketball team had the task of taking on #4 Norwell in the championship of the Norwell sectional Saturday, running in to a buzz saw and falling 78-48.

Norwell jumped on Whitko early, taking a 22-7 lead after one quarter and cruising to the sectional crown.

The Knights placed four players in double figures, while Logan Irwin scored 31 of Whitko's 48 points.
