Thomas Nelson's First Ever Winter Formal :)

Thomas Nelson had it's first ever Winter Formal this past Saturday, January 19th 2013. Everyone had a blast from what we could tell. We got on Facebook and everyone who posted about the formal seemed to have a great time. "Formal was crazyy. One of the best nights of my life. ♥" says Shelby Dones when she got home from the formal. "Had a great time at the formal with my boyfriend ♥ (:" said Amber Dile. The formal was held in the cafeteria. It was all decorated with lights streaming the walls, the booths all decorated with beautiful centerpieces, window paint on the windows, and the DJs had lights all over the dance floor. Speaking of the djs, they were awesome. They played great songs that everyone enjoyed, and they pumped us all up by jamming to the songs they played. On the outside of the cafeteria, there were consessions and individual tables  where couples could sit at and talk. The school was also nice enough to have a coat check where they stored your coats and other items that you had to pay a dollar for. It was helpful for many students. The teachers also had fun. They were dancing with the students and laughing like they were teenagers. We got to see the fun side of them. Overall, it was a really successful dance and we can't wait for the next one. GO GENERALS! :)
