How has your first quarter at Thomas Nelson been?

It was decent. It was a big change from last year. Soccer made it easier, but I don’t enjoy school as much now that soccer is over. On a scale of one to ten, I’d give my first quarter a 7.8.

What’s your favorite part?

My favorite part is having more freedom than I did in middle school, like cell phones in the hall when I have service.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

Hoodies—it is cold outside! This school is supposed to be college-preparatory, but college students can wear their pajamas and we can’t wear hoods.

What are you looking forward to the most about the rest of the year?

Seeing the boys’ basketball team dominate!

What do you hope to accomplish as a General in your high school career?

I’d love to get a full-ride for soccer to either the University of Kentucky or Lindsey Wilson College.
