Girls Soccer Rolls over Mt. Healthy, Eyes State Tournament

October 8, 2008
By Kieron Boyle of Edgewood High School

The Lady Cougar soccer team scored often in a rout of Mt. Healthy.  The girls have one final game left Thursday night.  The game is senior night and will be the last regular season home game for Tori Coate and Holly Campbell.

The girls success has been awarded with the #15 seed in the State Tournament.  This seed gives the girls team a home game Monday night at 7 p.m. versus Miamisburg.  A win Monday gives the girls another home game Thursday against a team to be announced.

Great job this year ladies, and good luck Thursday and Monday night!
