Girls soccer gets first win of season . . . takes down Kings!

September 4, 2009
Edgewood High School

The Edgewood Girl's Soccer team took their first win in a 2-1 upset against Kings.  The cougars were led by Taylor Ray with 15 saves, Jourdan Larison with a goal and an assist, and Kim Truster with a goal in the last 48 seconds of the game.  The team would like to thank all of the students and staff who came out to support them.  The cougars will be back in action at home on Tuesday, Sept. 8th against Valley View.  Congratulations to the team on their first win and a great effort last night.
