Adrian at Columbia Central Tournament: The Maples took home the first-place trophy on Saturday. The Maples defeated Springport 3-1 in the championship game to win the title.

Adrian defeated Montrose 2-1 and Coldwater 3-0 to get to the title match.

Three Maples were named to the All-Tournament team: Katie Lanczki, Jacquelyn Lanczki and Taly Cavazos. Cavazos and Keana Lofton scored three goals for the Maples, while Jacquelyn Lanczki added a goal and two assists. Katie Lanczki, a key member of the defense, also recorded an assist. Elin Andersson added a goal and an assist, while Stacey Tipton added an assist. Haley Seegert had 17 saves in goal.

The Maples (4-1-1) will host Coldwater on Monday.
