The Raiders defeated the Owls 7-0 in game one behind the four hit shutout by senior Jake Usher. Usher also got a little help from the hitters for the Raiders. Spring Hill score two runs in the third inning and added five more in the fifth, sailing on to victory to force a game two. Spring Hill bats continued their hot streak in the opening frame of game two. The Radiers got two scores in the top of the first to take a 2-0 lead and plated six runs in the second inning to take a commanding lead 8-0. Cole Barksdale put a charge into the overflow Raider crowd when he connected on a three-run home run over the right field fence that put Spring Hill up 12-1. Sophomore hurler Darian Prewett looked like a senior on the mound as he fanned eight allowing one run on five scattered hits. Spring Hill will move to MTSU's Reese Smith, Jr Field for a 2:00 meeting with Goodpasture. The Cougars beat Pigeon Forge 3-0 to advance.
