Track Practice Plan for the Week of 5/20-5/24

Monday 20-Regular Practice 3:30-5:30.  Captain Candidates pick up Rubric to prepare for speeches

Tuesday21-3:30-3:50 Captain Candidates give speeches. Team mates score Rubrics. 3:50-5:30 regular practice.

Wednesday 22-3:30-3:45 Hand out Line-up for CLC meet and JV CLC meet. 3:45-5:30 Pre-Meet Practice

Thursday 23- CLC Championship Meet @ Sauk Rapids Middle school.  Out of school 1:30 Bus departs 1:40 2 busses out No return bus.  You must arrange your own ride home.  The Meet starts @ 3:00pm

Friday 24-

Junior Varsity Athletes -Out at 3:00pm bus departs at 3:10.These are all the athletes who were not in the Varsity CLC meet on Thursday.

Varsity Athletes-Regular practice @ South 3:30-5:30
