Tri-Eastern ConferenceHAGERSTOWN, Ind. — Weather threatened to bring an early end to the 30th annual Hagerstown Tiger Booster Track and Field Invitational.
With three events to go, a rain delay halted the event for about half an hour before it finally concluded just before 10 p.m.
