2011 Tri-County Plays at Montezuma

Tri-County played at Montezuma on June 22^nd.  The Lady Trojans came away with the 16-8 win against the Bravettes.  Emilee Hynick pitched for Tri-County.  Hynick struck out 3 and allowed 8 hits.  Kylie Davis was 3 for 5 with 2 RBIs, Kacy Brumbaugh was 2 for 5 with a double and 4 RBIs, Taylor Moore was 2 for 5, Laura Steinke was 2 for 5 with 1 RBI, Teresa Ahlberg was 1 for 5 with 2 RBIs, Gabby Bethke was 1 for 5 with 2 RBIs, Alexis Little was 1 for 5 with a double and 1 RBI

The Braves got the 16-1 win against the Trojans.  Skyler Purdy pitched 3 innings striking out 2 and allowing 8 hits.  Nick Watts pitched 1/3 inning and allowed 4 hits.  Jake Brumbaugh was 2 for 2 with 1 stolen base, William Corrick was 1 for 1 with 1 stolen base, Spencer Steinke was 1 for 2 with a home run and 1 RBI, Skyler Purdy was 1 for 2

June 30^th the Lady Trojans will be at Vinton-Shellsburg.  JV will play at 6:00 and varsity will play at approximately 7:30.  July 1^st will be boys only at Belle Plaine.  July 5^th the Lady Trojans will be at Keota and the boys will host Keota @ 6:00.  July 6^th baseball will host Iowa Valley at 5:00 and the Lady Trojans will host a district game at 7:00 with Montezuma.
