Home » Girls' Volleyball NewsVB WinsOctober 19, 2012 By Doug Seagrave of Triton Central High SchoolSubmitted by Ray Basile: The Triton Central Tigers dominated Indianapolis Washington and won 3-0 in the first round of sectionals, with scores of 25-9, 25-10 and 25-16. Faith Welty led the offense with 5 kills and 2 aces, while Milliken guy had 3 kills, 8 assists adn 4 aces. Raven Fullen had a strong match, contributing 3 kills, a season-high 11 aces adn 2 digs. Emily Lahne and Jordan Ingle each provided 2 kills. The Tigers travel back to Ritter to play the conference champion Ritter Raiders in round two of the sectionals at 11am on Saturday, October 20. The Tigers are on a roll and ready to take on the Raiders. Come out and support the Tigers and help overcome the home-court advantage while the Tigers try to achieve county and sectional championships in 2012! The championship match on Saturday, October 20 at 7pm at Ritter will feature the winners of this match and the winner of the Indianapolis Metro and Crispus Attucks.
