"Don't call it a comeback...'" TC Tigers storm back from a 2-0 defecit to defeat North Decatur in five thrilling games.

In easily the most complete three games played this season, many Tigers shined. Jordan Ingle was dominant at the net, leading the team with 11 kills to go along with 6 blocks and 3 aces. Allison Gill and Emily Lahne each had 8 kills. Faith Welty continues to a strong sophomore season with 6 kills and a team-high 10 blocks.

Milliken Guy, showing strong senior leadership on the court, led the team with a season-high 21 assists and 5 aces. Kim Heagy, Sarah Green and Allyssa Ortel led the turnaround with solid serve-receive passing in the last three games. Raven Fullen had a
productive night moving back to the right side with 4 kills and critical serves to turn the tide.

Kayla Scott was solid all around wtih 8 assists, 2 kills and a dig. Hannah Scott, just called up to the varsity squad, did great work with a kill, an assist and a block in her first real varsity action. Finally, Kelsie Basile topped off the evening with an ace to put an exclamation mark on the match and win the final game.

The Tigers look to continue building momentum towards Saturday's county tournament when they host South Decatur this Thursday, October 4, 2012.  Festivities begin at 6:00.
