Spring Sports Coming Soon

March 12, 2013
Tri-County Jr.-Sr. High School

The first week of April will be a busy one, weather permitting.  Baseball will take on the four time state champion Central Catholic Knights on Monday.  On Tuesday, Varsity Track will open at home with Attica and Covenant Christian.  Softball will open at Seeger on Thursday.  Boys Golf will open on Tuesday, April 8th at Pineview CC vs. Carroll and West Central.  Ryan Byrd has taken the reigns of the Golf Team and hopes to instill consistency and build depth to the boys team.

Dave Moseley has taken over the Softball program.  He plans to dwell heavily on the basic fundamentals to build a competitive team by tournament time.

Jeff LeBeau's baseball team touts a strong pitching staff and some key returning veterans and is planning on a run at the Midwest Conference and Sectional Championships.

Grant Fischer has taken the torch from long time head coach Dick Kochert.  The Girls team returns a number of outstanding runners and some good senior leadership in Michaela Sheldon and Alisha Bahler.  The boys will be looking for someoe to fill the shoes of Ryan Harrington who graduated last spring.  Coach Kochert is staying on as an assistant coach and will coach up the Pole Vaulters.  Both teams should challenge for Midwest Conference championships.

Spring Tickets are currently available in the athletic office and will be available at the gate for each sports first Home Contest. Ticket prices are listed on the home page.
