8th Grade Lady Spartans take 2 of 3 in SWMS Invitational

The South Warren Spartans came into Saturday's tournament off an impressive 42-32 win over the Bowling Green Purples on Thursday night. The Spartans picked up with an opening win in the tournament over Owensboro Catholic 28-24, before falling to Elkhorn 47-19. The Spartans would finish the day out with an easy victory over Olmsted Middle 39-23 to move to a season record of 3-1. 

The Spartans return to action on Monday, Nov 12 when they travel to Olmsted for a 7th/8th grade doubleheader. The first game starts at 5:30 p.m and the 8th grade will follow right after.
