November 8, 2012
By Bryan Priddy of South Warren Middle School

The new accountability system, Unbridled Learning: College & Career Readiness for All, uses the K-PREP test along with other measures of progress to determine district and school overall scores. These scores were released to the public on Friday, Nov 2.

South Warren Middle School led the way in Warren County with the highest middle school scores. South Warren scored in the 86% in the state and was just few points short of reaching the Distinguished category. This accomplishment placed them at 48th of 333 middle schools throughout the commonwealth.

Also a great big congratulations goes out to South Warren High School who scored in the 95% of all high schools in Ky and was recognized as a "School of Distinction". This placed them as the 11th ranked high school out of 230.  Congratulations to all students and stuff for their outstanding accomplishments.
