Oxendine hurls Rams past Raiders

ROCKINGHAM - Purnell Swett hurler Josey Oxendine tossed a one-hit shutout to lead the Rams to a 3-0 win over Richmond.

Oxendine struck out seven and went 2-of-2 with a run batted in at the plate. Mo Dial added a double and two RBIs.  The win puts the Lady Rams in 2nd Place by themselves
in the SEC.

The Rams (9-4, 5-1) return to the diamond at 7 p.m. Friday at Pinecrest.
