Rams falter at South View in late innings, 13-5

HOPE MILLS - South View scored 12 of its 13 runs in its final three at-bats to defeat Purnell Swett, 13-5, in a non-conference contest Wednesday night in Hope Mills.

The Tigers (9-1) recorded 12 hits, led by Lou Adams and Travis Sirois, who each had three hits. Adams homered and drove in seven runs while Sirois added three RBI's of his own.

Brandon Callahan had two hits, including a double for the Rams (3-6), while LaGrand Dial went 1-for-2.

Purnell Swett will look to snap a three-game losing streak at home Friday against Southeastern Conference rival Pinecrest.
