STA Boosters host event for De La Salle pregame

The STA Boosters set up a VIP tent pregame to thank season ticket holders, special guests and administration from both schools for the De La Salle game on Friday, Sept. 23rd.

This new event started out a little wet and delayed due to the lightning alarms, but that didn't stop everyone from enjoying once the "green light" was given to come in.  The idea was created and organized by Athletic Director George Smith and Booster volunteer, Joanne Apruzzese as a way to welcome our out-of-state guests, as well as thank our administration and season ticket holders.  De La Salle's head coach, Bob Ladouceur, even stopped by before the game and was extremely thankful for the hospitality!

Food and beverages were graciously donated by Dunkin Donuts (Davie Rd), Bokampers Sports Bar & Grill, and Wendy's...THANK YOU!!
