St. Rita Golf Update

The St. Rita Golf team finished 13^th out of 17 teams at the Mt. Carmel Invitational that was held Saturday at Water’s Edge GC. Senior, Patrick Henry, shot the low score on the team posting a 79, the lowest score he has posted this young season.

The team competed in 4 matches last week, showing considerable improvements in each match. Last Monday the team posted a score of 370 and by Saturday they were able to take 22 strokes off their score by posting a round total of 348. Head Coach Pete Godfrey shows nothing but excitement for his team, “The team is showing remarkable improvements each day and we are excited for the rest of the season.
