Austin Davis scored the winning run on Danny Haskell's single in the sixth inning as Class 1A No. 1 St. Luke's rallied for three runs and a 9-8 win at Faith Academy in the second game of a doubleheader sweep.

St. Luke's trailed 8-6 entering the sixth inning but a two-run double by Drew Dismukes and Haskell's hit put the Wildcats (26-4) ahead for good. John David Favors hit a solo home run in the fourth inning and finished with three RBIs for St. Luke's, while Jeremiah Jackson went 2-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored. Robert Austin went 2-for-4 with a run scored for the Wildcats, while Dismukes finished with three RBIs.

Paul Williamson (4-1) got the win for the Wildcats, allowing three unearned runs on four hits with two walks and five strikeouts in five innings. St. Luke's committed two errors in the game.

Faith's Jake Cowden took the loss, giving up three runs, one earned, on five hits, with one walk and five strikeouts. The Rams made four errors.

James Richburg drove in one run and scored three for Faith (15-12), while Malik Rosier and Cowden both had two hits.

In game one, Jackson and Brandon Cook both drove in two runs and Leighton Lary held Faith to two runs through the first 5 1/3 innings of an 11-3 victory.

Lary (7-2) allowed eight hits with four walks and one strikeout.

Cook went 3-for-3 with two doubles and two runs scored, while Jackson had two hits, including an RBI double in the fifth inning. Haskell went 2-for-4 with a triple, an RBI and a run scored.

Christian Waltman went 3-for-3 with an RBI double in the first inning and Micah Pepper went 2-for-4 to lead Faith. Richburg was the losing pitcher, working four innings.
