MOBILE, Alabama -- Here are the top six high school baseball performances in Coastal Alabama in the past six days as judged by the Press-Register. To be considered, game results must be called in following each game to AL.com at 1-800-283-4024.

6. Chase Brunson was 3 for 3 with a solo home run and a double and also pitched six solid innings as Baker defeated Theodore 6-3 in the Murphy Invitational.

5. Allen Haynes' bases-clearing double highlighted a four-run fifth inning, powering Alma Bryant to a 12-2 victory over Gautier, Miss.

4. Brandon Cook was 2 for 3 and drove in both of St. Luke's runs in the third inning on the way to a 9-2 win against host Daphne. Cook pitched five innings, allowing two runs, one earned, on two hits

3. Jordan Taylor was in control as he pitched Theodore to a 12-1 win over host Murphy. Taylor started and went five scoreless innings, giving up one hit and striking out five while walking two.

2. Austin McNeal's two-run double in the top of the first inning gave UMS-Wright an early lead and the Bulldogs held on for a 3-2 victory at Faith Academy.

1. Ben Bolton hit the game-winning single in the bottom of the eighth inning to lift Cottage Hill Christian to a 1-0 win over visiting J.U. Blacksher. Bolton drove in Clay Cockrell, who had reached on a two-base error.
