Girls Basketball: Opening outburst gives No. 1 St. Luke's 64-21 win over McIntosh

Class 1A No. 1 St. Luke's got all the offense it needed with 31 points in the opening quarter of a 64-21 home victory against Area 1 foe McIntosh.

Sophomore Ashley Chapman led the Wildcats (13-4, 5-0) with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Jewel Hill had 17 points, 10 rebounds and six assists, while Brooke Pate scored 13 points.

Carnesha Thomas scored 11 points and Shanteria Witherspoon had 10 for the Demons.
