Ashley Chapman, Jewel Hill and Logan Smith combined for 48 points in third-ranked St. Luke's Class 1A, Area 1 victory over second-ranked Marengo (10-1, 3-1). Chapman, a freshman forward, scored a game-high 24 points. Hill had 14 points and eight assists while Smith scored 10 points. The host Wildcats (18-1, 4-1) led 34-18 at halftime. Marengo's Tallamachiia Dumas scored 14 points and Alesia Bower 12 points.
