Boys Basketball: St. Luke's 60, Paxton (Fla.) 51

Senior guard Aaron Bryant hit 17 of his game-high 25 points in the first half to help lead St. Luke's to a 33-20 halftime lead as the Wildcats defeated host Paxton (Fla.) in the finals of the Cats vs. Cancer Christmas tournament.

A 22-7 run in the second quarter helped build St. Luke's lead, then the Wildcats held off Paxton's second-half comeback to take the win. Chris Enger, another senior guard, added 11 points, four rebounds and four steals for St. Luke's (9-5). Grant Stewart had 11 points and William Anderson got 10 for Paxton.

Boys Basketball: St. Luke's 70, Freeport (Fla.) 31

St. Luke's broke the game open with a 31-7 run against Freeport (Fla.) in the third quarter at the Cats vs. Cancer Christmas Tournament in Paxton, Fla.

The Wildcats (8-5) turned up the defensive pressure in the third period to build their lead. Senior guard Aaron Bryant had 19 points for St. Luke's to lead all scorers. Senior guard Chris Enger had 12 points and seven steals for the Wildcats, and senior guard Lorenzo Lindsey had 10 of his 12 points in the third quarter. Senior center Caleb King had 10 points for the Bulldogs

Boys Basketball: St. Luke's 67, Laurel Hill (Fla.) 38

St. Luke's used a 25-4 third quarter run to pull away from Laurel Hill (Fla.) in the Cats vs. Cancer Tournament in Paxton, Fla. Sophomore Robert Alston led St. Luke's (7-5) with 14 points, while senior Aaron Bryant had 13, senior Chris Enger had 12 and junior Joshua McSwain had 10 points and 10 rebounds. Max Smith had 10 points for the Hoboes
