Volleyball team plays in Battle of the Bay Tourney

Ansley Daily served five aces and had nine assists to lead St. Luke's over Fairhope 27-25, 25-23 at the Battle by the Bay at Bayside Tournament.  Ashley Chapman also had six kills, and Catherine Milwee added five digs for St. Luke's.

In the second game of the tourney, Montgomery Academy defeated St. Luke's 25-18, 25-17.  Ainsleigh Daily led the way with eight assists, Lauren Staab with a pair of aces and kills, and Chapman with a pair of kills and blocks.

In the third game, St. Luke's lost to #1 ranked 3A Bayside 11-25 & 12-25. 

In the fourth game of the tournament, St. Luke's defeated Baldwin County 33-20 and 25-13 to advance to the quarterfinals versus Daphne High School.  Daphne High defeated the Lady Wildcats in a tough match 25-15, 13-25, & 8-15.
