The Pirates struggled throughout the game to find some consistency but finally defeated a motivated Warrenton squad last Friday night.  The Pirates improved their conference record to 2-0 in the GAC North.  

Freshman Gabby Walker led the way with 23 points and 11 rebounds.  Seniors Olivia Hollander and Katie Bradley each contributed 8 rebounds in the win and Hollander dishing out 4 assists.  

Winfield - (0-8) - 8

St. Charles - (14-0) - 48

In a lop-sided win the Pirates came out strong defensively and won decisively against new conference opponent Winfield Warriors.  Gabby Walker led the way with 14 points and 5 rebounds.  Junior Ellen Weaver had 9 points for the second game in a row.  Walker had 4 assists with Sophomore Karly Leach and Senior Lauren Willis each having 3 and Willis adding 6 steals in the victory.

The Pirates will put their season's perfect record on the line next Tuesay at home against Parkway Central.  Hope to see you there!
