Home » Football NewsAthletic Trainer's Dish of the Week: Spaghetti SaladApril 9, 2012 By Emily Grozdanic of St. Charles FootballSpaghetti Salad INGREDIENTS: 1/2 green pepper 1/2 red pepper 1 cucumber 1 tomato Green onions 4 cups spaghetti 1 cup Italian dressing 4 tablespoons McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning DIRECTIONS: While the spaghetti is boiling, chop the vegetables. Then when the spaghetti is cooked, place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and refrigerate. NUTRITIONAL VALUES: Servings: 10 Serving size: 1 cup Calories: 244 Fat: 4.5g Carbohydrates: 43.5g Protein: 7g
