Home » Basketball NewsAthletic Trainer's Dish of the Week: Turkey Roll-upFebruary 6, 2012 By Emily Grozdanic of St Charles Boys BasketballTurkey Roll-up INGREDIENTS: 1 whole wheat tortilla 1/2 Tbsp ranch dressing (use low-fat to decrease fat content) 12 slices of shaved turkey 2 slices of colby jack deli cheese 1 leaf of romaine lettuce 12-15 pieces of diced cucumber DIRECTIONS: Peel and dice cucumber. Soften the tortilla in the microwave for 8-10 seconds so it's easily foldable. Spread the 1/2 Tbsp of ranch on your tortilla. Then apply the cheese, lettuce and cucumber. Fold your wrap, cut in half and enjoy. NUTRITIONAL VALUES: Servings: 2 Calories: 23.7 Fat: 11.6g Carbohydrates: 11.5g Protein: 18.6g Fiber: 4.1g
