This weekend the Varsity Lady Cat Basketball team participated in the Big Sandy Tournament. On Thursday the Lady Cats played Groveton, winning 68-34. Leading scorers were Hannah Hathcock with 17, Emily Richardson with 11 and Tanya Alvarado with 9.

The Lady Cats played a very talented Lovelady team on Friday. The Lady Cats suffered a 54-28 loss. Leading scorers were Lynze Brode with 7, Hannah Hathcock and Bailey Williams with 6 each and Angel Hall with 5
