The town Northeast of here only gained one first down in the first quarter of the A game. After that, the shorthhorns were stymied on offense. 7B The Wildcats showed up on offense too. After a huge Austin Stapleton fumble recovery, Shane Sanders cut loose over the left side for a 50 yard touchdown run. Tyson Juergen added another 19 yard TD carry, again over the left side, for a score. Jonathan Prather put in the point after touchdown, using his signature stiff arm, to complete the scoring for the Wildcats. The left side of the line is Zachary "Secretary of War" Payne and Dustin "Casper" Willis. The defense was led by linebackers Gavin Davis, Trace Dean and Dylan Lee. 7A Hunter Blake broke the dam for the Wildcats scoring on the first drive on a six yard run. Blake celebrated his birthday by having a few tough carries on the 55 yard 5 play drive. Dylan Cox scored on the next play on a huge hole on the coach's favorite play, 30 Trap. Kyle Wilkinson, Donavan Rocha, Landon Golden, and Chris Carlin had driven their guys back 8 yards. Chris Clausen provided the kick out block that broke Cox. Jonathan "Vanderbilt" McCaleb scored on a 19 run over the left side. This time Dylan Amigliore added the first successful PAT on the night, again on 30 Trap. Birthday boy number 2, James "Evan" Nichols, scampered for a 76 yard TD run where he outran everyone in the house. Amigilore scored the PAT, making it 28-0. Amigiliore added a 19 yard TD run, again on 30 Trap. Bo Grubbs put the quarterback keeper in the endzone to finish the first half scoring, 36-0. Grubbs finished the scoring for the Wildcats on a 9 yard TD keeper in the third quarter. The Wildcats take the week off next week and they finish the season at home in a two weeks at home against the Huffman Falcons.
