Freshmen Wildcats

By Nate Perrone of Splendora High SchoolThe Freshmen Wildcats lost to the Trojans of Coldspring 28 - 0 on Thursday night. They fell into an early hole that proved too difficult to climb out of.
The Freshmen also learned a valuable lesson about conditioning & strength. There is now a strong commitment to work hard during the offseason and build themselves into stronger football players for their future time on varsity. This Trojan team will not beat these Wildcats again.
The Wildcats were successful in moving the ball on offense but mental mistakes were too costly in the end. The defense continued its ways of hard hitting & slowed the Trojans down in the second half. For Homecoming Week the Freshmen will travel to Shepherd, come join us as the Wildcats will look to bounce back from this tough loss.
