I. In action from last weekend’s Knight athletic schedule . . .
From Friday night . . .
> The JUNIOR VARSITY / VARSITY BOYS BASKETBALL contest versus Tippecanoe Valley
will be played tomorrow night at 6:15 pm in the west gym.
From Saturday . . .
> The VARSITY WRESTLING TEAM finished 4 at Saturday’s Three Rivers Conference th
Championships. Special Congratulations to Jake Smith who captured the TRC
Championship at 285 lbs. Other grappling Knights finishes were: Will Adams - 2 ; Colton nd
Dawes, Jonathan Friedersdorf, Skyler Winget, and Nick McCown all were 3 place finishers; rd
Hunter Law, Brendan Schleining, Dylin Porter and Casey Baxter were all 5 place finishers. th
> CONGRATULATIONS to the SEVENTH GRADE BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM which defeated
host Wabash, 62 - 36. Matt Cox had 24 points and 6 rebounds; Drew Hileman had 12
points; Zach Ball had 8 points; Luke Perlich grabbed 6 rebounds and Jeffrey Finicle had 6
steals for the 13 and 3 7 graders. th
> CONGRATULATIONS to the EIGHTH GRADE BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM which defeated
Wabash, 46 - 40. Clay Hinrichsen paced the 8 graders with 15 points; Alex Harmon had 12 th
points and 5 blocked shots; Andrew Finicle had 7 points; Brandin Frazier grabbed 10
rebounds, had 4 assists and added 3 steals for the 12 and 4 8 graders. th
> The JUNIOR VARSITY GIRLS BASKETBALL TEAM fell at Tippecanoe Valley, 50 - 40. Emily
Lehner and Haley Heath shared top scoring honors with 11 points apiece; Aleesha Phillips
had 6 points and Grace Whitham had 5 points. Jenny Bentley grabbed 5 rebounds; Heath
had 4 assists and Lehner had 5 steals for the 9 and 5 JV.
> The GIRLS VARSITY BASKETBALL TEAM fell at Tippecanoe Valley, 56 - 43. Sarah White
paced the Lady Knights with 16 points, 2 assists and 2 blocked shots; Amy Bowman had 14
points and 4 steals; and Anna Farlow had 4 rebounds for the 4 and 11 Lady Knights.
II. BEST OF LUCK to the following Knight athletic squads in action tonight on the
Knight athletic schedule . . .
> The BOYS BASKETBALL “C” TEAM hosts Mississinewa in a 6:15 cage match up in the
west gym. Admission is $3.00 per person.
> The SEVENTH & EIGHTH GRADE GIRLS BASKETBALL TEAMS host Northfield in
hardwood action slated to begin at 6:15 pm. Admission is $3.00 per person.
NOTE: This contest was moved from Tuesday night.

> Physical forms; Season Ticket Order Forms, good for all regular season home athletic
events, and Winter Sports Schedule cards, courtesy of Penguin Point Restaurant, are
available in the main office.
