Feed My Starving Children at South on Fri May 10

You are needed! Lakeville South HS will host our second annual Feed My Starving Children mobile unit at South on Friday May 10th. Our volleyball program is committed to help with packing over 100,000 meals for needy families in Haiti. Come to the event and be the difference in making a change! Players and families can sign up for a slot (3-5p or 6-8p) at our parent information meeting or more information is available here ..

2013 Summer Volleyball camp registration

South volleyball will host a summer camp for girls grades 2-12 on July 15-18. Sessions will be offered for youth, middle school, and high school level players. Registration deadliine is Sunday July 7th. Download the registration form here ..

2013 Summer Strength and Conditioning program

Elite level athletics is now a year-round effort. Consider using this summer off-season to work on improving your quickness for volleyball. If SAQ is not currently a part of your summer training, Lakeville South HS offers a great summer strength and conditioning program for girls grade 8-12. Dates are June 10-July 9. 2013 Fall Volleyball Online registration (open July 1st)

All players planning to play next fall will need to have a current physical (good for three years), complete the online eligibility form, and complete their fee payment online. The online registration portal will be open after July 1st here ..
