The boys had an overall placement of seventh out of eleven teams; though the boys didn’t place in the top at the meet they had tough competition from bigger schools such as Bowling Green, Moberly and Montgomery County. Some of the top placings were the 110 Meter Hurdles with Skylar Baird placed second with a time of 16.10 and Baird also placed third in 300 Meter Hurdles with a time of 43.92. Skylar Baird said, “[The hardest part about this meet was] scoring points with such a small amount of guys on [our] team.” His goal of the season is to get to state in a relay. Participating in 1600 Meter Run Logan McKenzie placed third with a time of 4.57.06. McKenzie also placed third in the 3200 Meter Run with a time of 10.51.76. Both participating in the Triple Jump, Ryan Mayes and Van Windsor placed in the top of their category. Mayes placed second with the distance of 39-06.75 and Windsor followed shortly behind him placing third with a distance of 39-04.75.
