Cardinals and Lady Birds travel to Scotland County

On January 13^th, the South Shelby Cardinals and Lady Birds went to Scotland County to play the Tigers. The girls’ game was first. They played good. They scored the most in the third quarter with Lauren Caldwell scoring the highest with 12 points. The Lady Birds went on to lose 32 to 57. The boys’ scored the most points in the first and third quarters. The high point shooters were Tim Fisher with 23 and Andre McClure with 12. Overall it was a good game. Dominic Bragg says, “It was a big non-Conference win.”
