ORDER YOUR MOUNTIE WEAR TODAY!

The high school athletic department will again be offering Mountie Wear online straight from our supplier.  These items are for the polo shirts, jackets, etc. that are sold in addition to the normal t-shirts and sweatshirts we will have available at several high school games throughout the winter season. The orders  will accumulate up to the 2^nd Friday of every month, and they will be delivered approximately 3 weeks after each order deadline.  All orders will be shipped to the high school free of charge, and you will be contacted when the items are available for pick up.  A debit or credit card must be used to purchase the items.  Samples of all the available items are available for viewing in the high school bookrental office.

PHYSICALS - Physicals must be on file in the athletic office in order for a student to be eligible to participate in preseason practice.  You can pick up a form for the physical at the office or on line at www.ihsaa.org , scroll down to the bottom of the home page and click on Physical Evaluation Form (PDF).

E-MEDS - Medical Emergency forms will also need to be turned in before the first day of practice.  Forms can be picked up in the office or from our web page.
