AXE TRACK WINTER CONDITIONING

South Eugene Track & Field preseason conditioning has started. If you are not in a winter sport and interested in participating in the 2012 track and field season, take advantage of this time and start the season with a higher fitness level. Winter training is catered for your personal ability and skill level and is not mandatory or required but is recommended. We have an off season group that has been meeting for some time and they are already showing some substantial results. There also will be some Saturday practices that will be conducted by some of the team leaders. This will be posted on the South Eugene Track & Field Facebook Page (Will be publicized during the Thanksgiving Holiday Break)
We are meeting 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday @ 3:30 and Wednesday @ 3:45). Check the track board for more information on specific workouts from your event coach or check in at the track office with coach “Hoskins” located next to the weight room.
Areas of Focus
This is a great way to see how you have progressed over time and is a great team event. I will post specific dates after the coaching staff determines the best times.
