Pregnant Teen Sues Parents

A Texas teen sues her parents, claiming they were forcing her to get an abortion. Her parents had taken her out of school in an effort to force an abortion, court papers stated. The teen also claims in her lawsuit that her parents had taken away her phone, her car and forced her to get two jobs to make her miserable so that she would give in to the abortion. When the pregnancy was confirmed, the teenager’s father became extremely angry; he insisted that his daughter terminate the pregnancy. He allegedly said that the decision was not up to her and that the decision was his, end of story. The teen facing adversity won the case against her parent and was granted the right to have her child along with the returning of her phone, car and attendance at school.
