Fire At South Houston High School

On Tuesday January 29^th, teachers were surprised to hear the fire alarm trigger after school. Teachers and students had to stop their after school activities, to exit the building. On their way out, some students reported hearing warnings of smoke coming out of the boy’s restroom in downstairs M-Building. Assistant principals and school officers were seen rushing through the halls to approach the scene. Principle Dr. Steve Fullen stated that a fire was deliberately set. He also stated that the perpetrator has been caught and charges are being filed on him.
