The Lady Cards Softball team defeated Brownsburg last night in heroic fashion 5-4 in 9-innings to advance to semi final action tonight against Avon. The Cards will play the second game set to start at approximately 7:00 P.M. The Boys Track Regional will take place tomorrow night at Ben Davis. Starting time for the Track Regional is at 6:00 P.M. The boys baseball team lost last night against Speedway by a score of 5-9.
The team had runners in scoring position in every inning but one.
“We needed to do a better job of driving guys in when they were in position,” head coach Mr. Scott Whitlock said.

The season for this year’s boys volleyball team has come to an end. According to sponsor Mr. Joe Leonard it wasn’t as good as they had hoped, but it did have its upsides. Also according to Leonard there weren’t any key players or anyone who stood out for the team. More
The baseball team got a win last night (May 21) against Beech Grove. The Cards won by a score of 11-5.

The Cards girls tennis team won the finals of Sectionals Thursday (May 16). The Cards beat rival school Perry Meridian, by a score of 3-2. Head coach Mr. Harry Schwartz was happy with the team’s performance because of their game-winning point in doubles.
