Lady Cards win against Shelbyville

Southport High SchoolThe varsity softball team played against Shelbyville on Tuesday, April 5, and won by mercy rule in the fifth inning. The final score was 12-2. This was just one of four games the girls have this week.
"It was a good way to start off the week," said coach Mr. Steve Montgomery. "But we have a hard week ahead of us."
The girls have a long week ahead of them. The girls varsity and JV teams face Cathedral on Wednesday, April 6 at home and JV is at Cathedral, both start at 5 p.m. Come out and show your support for our softball players.
