Cards basketball team to take on Bedford North Lawrence

The varsity boys basketball team will host Bedford North Lawrence tonight at 7:30p.m.

Head varsity coach Mr. Kyle Simpson said Bedford is a patient team on offense and likes to control the tempo of the game.

When Simpson coached at Bloomington South his team played them a lot so he is use to their style of play.

In order to get a win tonight Simpson believes the team will need to shoot better, rebound better and disrupt Bedford’s flow in the game.

The team has been working on certain things in practice for tonight’s game.

“We have been working on different defenses to disrupt their offense and I changed up the lineup,” Simpson said.
