Boys XC finishes 10th

By Nick Holland of Southport High SchoolThe boys cross country team placed 10th out of 22 teams at the Ben Davis Invitational this past Saturday, September 8.
The overall highest finisher for the Cards was junior Clayton Bowie who came in ninth place.
Head coach Mr. Dennis Bruce thought the team did well and hopes they will continue to improve as the season progresses.
The Cards next meet will be this upcoming Saturday, September 15. It is the Flash Rock Invitational and it is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be held at Northview Christian Church in Carmel.
