Fall Workouts Begin

The SCHS boys basketball team began their fall workout on Monday, August 20, with about 20 kids involved that are not participating in other fall sports. The workouts will consist of weight training and conditioning on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with open gyms scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It will continue until October 3rd after which Fall Break begins. The boys will get a week off before official practice begins on October 15.
