Grand Championship Title To InMotion At Pella

Mt. Pleasant High School Show Choir InMotion was named the Grand Champion Saturday at the Dutch Masters Show Choir Invitational in Pella.

InMotion earned top honors among the thirteen competing show choirs. They also won caption awards for Best Band, Best Vocals, and Best Male Vocalist (Kyle DePriest).

This year's edition of InMotion is comprised of 50 singers, 16 band members, and 8 crew. InMotion is directed by Philip Schroetter with Aaron Canterbury working as choreographer. Adam Creager works with the band.

Their show is titled "Dreams" and features the songs Let Me Be Your Star/Seize the Day, I Only Know How to Love, Some Nights, and Trespassing.

InMotion and the Middle School Show Choir Chain Reaction will be competing March 2 at Fort Madison's "Stars In The Spotlight".
