Panther Girls Get Big Conference Win At Keokuk

The Mt. Pleasant girl’s basketball team scored a conference win at Keokuk Friday night 43-38. The Panthers were led by Taryne Shull and Kelsi Phipps with 10 points each and Leslie Taylor added 7.

Saturday the Panthers dropped a 56-43 decision to 13th ranked Oskaloosa on the road. Sophomore Kelsi Phipps scored 13 points for Mt. Pleasant. She also grabbed a team high 13 rebounds.

Friday night the girls host the Ft. Madison Bloodhounds. It will be Lincoln and Harlan Elementary Schools night at the game.
