Pleasant boys basketball team will have their work cut out for them as the Centerville Big Red will be coming to town riding a seven game winning streak Tuesday night. Last Friday night Centerville pounded Chariton 64-47, placing four players in double figire scoring. Meanwhile, last weekend, Mt. Pleasant easily knocked off Washington in a road contest 65-38 and then destroyed Central Lee by 60 points at home. In that 75-15 win over the Hawks, Cameron Frank led MP in scoring with 17 points while Faith Pope added 10. The 15 points allowed by Mt. Pleasant was a school record. The Panthers are currently ranked ninth in 3A in polls published by the Associated Press and Radio Iowa.
